The RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Client Partner Success leader to own and grow a portfolio of top insurance and marketing partners. Reporting to a co‑founder, this person will serve as the executive‑level point of contact responsible for revenue retention and expansion, commercial negotiations, and performance optimization across Money Geek’s insurance verticals.
This is both a strategic and hands‑on role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, analytics, client success and growth.
What You’ll Do- Own and grow the book of business: Lead strategic relationships with top carriers and partners across Auto/P&C, SMB/Commercial, Life, Health, and Pet.
- Drive revenue and performance: Hit retention and growth targets through active management of pricing, budgets, and conversion performance.
- Negotiate intelligently: Structure and negotiate CPL/EPL/CPC/CPA deals and program tiers that drive mutual ROI.
- Launch and optimize programs: Oversee launches of new funnels, landing pages, and state expansions; manage tests to improve EPC, CVR, and CPA.
- Translate insights into action: Use Power BI, Looker, and client portals/APIs to extract insights and drive continuous optimization.
- Lead executive‑level communication: Deliver clear, data‑driven QBRs and performance reviews that deepen trust and unlock more budget.
- Resolve issues swiftly: Partner with Product, Engineering, SEO/Content and BI to address feed, tracking, or data integrity problems.
- Systematize success: Build and document repeatable playbooks and best practices for scaling client success operations.
- Champion our partners: Capture and relay the voice of the customer to influence Money Geek’s product and content roadmap.
- 5–10+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Partnerships within insurance, insurtech, lead generation, or performance marketing
- Proven experience owning seven‑figure books of business and negotiating pricing/budget increases
- Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics (EPC, CVR, CTR, CPA) and their drivers
- Analytical comfort with Power BI, Looker, related tools and client performance dashboards
- Strong communication and executive‑level presence; able to lead high‑stakes conversations with carrier partners
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and action‑biased in a fast‑moving environment
- Willingness to travel 4–5 times per year for key meetings and conferences
- Direct experience managing relationships with insurance carriers or affiliate networks
- Familiarity with paid search, landing‑page testing, and conversion funnel optimization
- Knowledge of regulatory and licensing nuances across P&C, SMB/Commercial and Life insurance products
