Analyst II – Repair and Warranty
Frontier Airlines is seeking an Analyst II – Repair and Warranty to support its Maintenance organization.
Essential Functions- Locate sources of supply and negotiate strategic agreements.
- Support and implement recovery processes for tactical and strategic recovery.
- Support and implement Warranty and Repair unit metrics, and develop supplier metrics to drive best‑in‑class performance.
- Support and implement supplier performance improvement plans.
- Identify and implement internal supply‑chain process improvements.
- Interface with Material Planning and Material Services units to drive efficiencies.
- Ensure warranty opportunities are fulfilled.
- Other duties to support operational objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related technical field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, repair or warranty.
- 1+ years of experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Alteryx, MS Access, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports or equivalent).
- 1+ years of experience with Repair Order lifecycle.
- Previous aviation industry experience preferred.
- Active participation in the Institute of Supply Management (ISM) preferred.
- Certified Purchasing Manager Designation (CPM) preferred.
- Airbus warranty process knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with TRAX preferred.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and project‑management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle time‑sensitive, multi‑faced projects.
- Excellent computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Good team player with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand illustrated parts catalogs.

Work EnvironmentTypical office environment, adequately heated and cooled.
Salary Range$48,000 – $69,757.
Closing Date1/31/2026 midnight MT.
