• Perform analyses by aggregating data across multiple data sources
• Source and retrieve data from multiple databases independently
• Evaluate the business impact of initiatives by building analytical models and determining variable assumptions
• Develop reports using advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau skills
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct quality checks to ensure error‑free output

• Address ambiguous problems by breaking down key drivers and developing a structured approach to solutions, which may include recommending new system functionality, process changes, or work‑prioritization adjustments.
• Understand how metrics and processes within a business interrelate and the implications for their work.
• Synthesize key takeaways from an analysis, recommend actionable steps, and present findings visually to stakeholders.

• Lead effective working sessions.
• Direct and execute next steps within assigned work streams, proactively communicate roadblocks, and maintain a project plan.
• Build collaborative relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of analytical experience, or relevant work experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills, including analytical modeling and insight generation.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to a range of audiences, including senior leaders.

• Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle is preferred.

Absolute salary range: $67,000.00 – $91,000.00 per year.
