Bench Wealth Advisors is seeking an experienced 401k & Cash Balance Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in plan design, sourcing, and sales, and who enjoys working collaboratively with advisors while building a strong book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the dedicated 401k specialist supporting multiple advisors
- Source, design, and sell new and existing 401k plan opportunities
- Introduce and educate Cash Balance plan strategies for business owners, etc.
- Develop and grow a book of qualified retirement plan clients
- Leverage market knowledge to identify opportunities across Colorado and select U.S. regions
- 5+ years of experience working with TPAs, plan design, sales, and sourcing 401k plans
- Strong understanding of the current 401k marketplace, particularly in Colorado and Western U.S. markets
- Proven ability to work independently with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Competitive salary + commission
