Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and inventory management process for all of our stores. This is a full-time, permanent position with growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with key vendors
  • Monitor inventory levels and analyze sales data to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Work closely with store managers to understand their inventory needs and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage the procurement budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
