Gabriel Horn Capital ("GHC") is a boutique fund placement advisory firm focused on raising institutional capital for select private equity funds and independent sponsors. We specialize in sector-focused funds and independent sponsors seeking to raise equity and/or debt per deal. GHC has successfully raised over $20 billion for various funds and special purpose vehicles managed by independent sponsors, with investments from leading institutional investors.
We collaborate with General Partners and act as a resource for both General Partners and Limited Partners.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professional to build and manage our sponsor sourcing pipeline. This role will also help shape new pricing models and service packages as GHC grows. Significant upside and autonomy.
What You’ll Do- Source and qualify global private equity funds, independent sponsors, secondary deals, and emerging managers.
- Lead intro calls and articulate GHC’s value proposition.
- Build a strong outbound pipeline through networking, industry events, and research.
- Work with leadership to develop new pricing tiers and product offerings.
- Support early-stage relationship building and handoff to the capital raising team.
- 5+ years in private equity, placement agent, investment banking, fundraising, or capital markets business development.
- Strong sourcing instincts and confidence speaking with senior-level General Partners.
- Knowledge of private equity, alternative investments, and institutional fundraising dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel and attend industry events.
- Self-starter, creative thinker, comfortable working remotely.
- Series 7 or other FINRA license is preferred or will be needed.
- Independent contractor (1099), high-commission structure + modest stipend.
