Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and address key business questions through market research.
- Manage a portfolio of market research studies focused on client experience, marketing optimization, and new offering assessment.
- Partner with vendors to manage an online client community, fostering engagement and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Synthesize research findings and data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for business partners at all levels.
- Manage multiple projects and vendor relationships simultaneously, prioritizing tasks aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Continuously evolve and optimize online communities to maximize value and insights for the organization and its clients.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience in market research (vendor-side or client-side).
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Proven ability to develop and execute detailed project plans within budget and timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills for senior management.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience overseeing online communities managed by external vendors.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience designing and managing User Experience (UX) studies.
- Experience implementing AI tools in research.
- Experience in mission-driven or social impact organizations.
- Financial services experience, preferably with an investment firm.
