Segment Director/Advisor, Power Markets | Utilities

We are looking for a highly driven, collaborative leader to join our Power and Energy Transition team. In this role you will work with product, sales, customer success, and marketing to spearhead go‑to‑market strategies, messaging, and client relationships while tracking and reporting on the segment’s performance.
Performance Objectives- Lead client‑first discovery and go‑to‑market motions for new products and upgrades, ensuring successful launches that meet stakeholder needs across product development, sales, customer success, marketing, and other functional groups.
- Track and report on segment performance at various granularities to analyze and optimize product and messaging efficacy.
- Stay current on power and energy transition markets and articulate opportunities and risks, especially how Enverus’ solutions address them for utilities.
- Attend client meetings and conferences to demonstrate Enverus’ thought leadership and understand value‑add workflows for the segment.
- Engage with clients and prospects by speaking at conferences, hosting webinars, writing blogs, etc., to highlight Enverus’ solutions and research for the segment and its cohorts.
- Degree(s) in engineering, economics, or related fields with 10+ years of experience in power utilities. An extensive network in the utilities space is essential. Product development, customer success, or marketing experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze and articulate complex ideas concisely through writing and verbal presentations to a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership.
- Can‑do attitude combined with a deep sense of curiosity.
- Strong understanding of energy market dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory environments.
- High‑level leadership capabilities that enhance cross‑departmental collaboration and improve team performance and development.
