POSITION SUMMARYThe Capital Projects Compliance Manager & Grant Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining processes and systems to ensure OmniTRAX complies with various contract and grant requirements. In general, the contract manager’s task is to ensure consistent management of all contracts and grants as it relates to pre/post-award/contract compliance. This position plays a critical role in our ability to achieve our goals by creating and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments, and any external organizations with which we have contractual obligations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the contract administration software/application
- Ensure all contractual funding requirements are identified and communicated to the appropriate parties
- Audit contract compliance
- Support Capital Projects Director in financial reporting, presentations to stakeholders and ownership as to the status of projects and reimbursements
- Ensure contracts and grants are properly entered into the databases and are securely maintained
- Conduct meetings to identify issues and requirements and obtain management input on timeliness of deliverables
- Develop educational materials for internal stakeholders on their contractual responsibilities
- Ensure sub-recipient monitoring procedures are compliant with federal and other applicable regulations and are consistent with sound business practices
- Ensure contract and grant requirements are being met timely and accurately
- Develop and review contract documents regarding projects: develop and complete bid documents and final contract document for various projects
- Build and maintain relationships; professionally communicate effectively across various government agencies to meet company objectives
- Establish deadlines and communicate them to the appropriate data providers
- Research, gather and compile information related to contract and grant manager responsibilities
- Keep current on legal and regulatory changes affecting business units and OmniTRAX
- May assist with internal Legal Department internal controls and auditing
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to team with execution of projects; set performance goals, and provide on‑going coaching of employees to achieve career objectives, cultivate a high performance culture; build a leadership pipeline throughout the organization
- Set the example, create and lead the culture of mutual respect, cooperation and attention to detail for employees to deliver profitable execution on business goals
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience and/or related experience
- Knowledge of federal and state government contracting requirements
- Self‑starter, work independently, proactive; meet or exceed company goals
- Strong research and analytical skills: analyze a situation and develop solutions to problems; exercise sound judgment
- Detail oriented, organized, and prioritization skills; balance competing priorities to meet deadlines
- Business acumen
- Strong understanding of legal principles and terminology as well as customary contract terms
- Teachable and quick learner of new applications; technical savvy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively converse with all levels of the company, customers, business associates
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional integrity and accountability

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or legal related fields is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting of fixed assets and deferred revenues
- Knowledge of Net Suite, Link Squares, Smartsheet or other similar systems
- Paralegal certification
- PMP certification
- Work in an office environment and routinely use standard office equipment
- As business requires – likely minimal

COMPENSATION- Exact starting salary is determined by merit; seniority; geographic location; education, training, and/or experience related to job duties and responsibilities
