OVERVIEW

Megelin, a global leader in beauty and wellness technology, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our innovative product lines. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive product excellence and market success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements, based on customer needs, market research, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role, preferably in the beauty and wellness technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software.

Hours

8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
