The Project Administrator provides crucial day-to-day support for the projects sold and designed by the Estimating and Project Management teams and implemented by the Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and crews. This work makes up the bulk of Fiore & Sons’ success and profit, so smooth administration is of paramount importance. The Project Administrator accomplishes this support through preparation and maintenance of project documentation, engagement in and monitoring of the progress of each project, and timely invoicing of the vendors to ensure maximum profitability.
As changes are made, the Project Administrator also assists with analysis of project costs and budget, as well as assisting with the submission and processing of change orders. A great Project Administrator also answers questions from the field as they come up and helps to ensure everything runs as planned.
