Job Title: Vice President of Business Development
Pay: $240,

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of senior sales leadership experience; healthcare staffing strongly preferred
- Proven success driving growth in complex, multi-brand or multi-market environments
- Deep understanding of Travel Nurse and Allied staffing economics, client buying behaviors, and compliance considerations
- Track record of building and leading high-performing, distributed teams
- Strong command of CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting models
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and execute a national, multi-brand sales strategy that accelerates growth and expands market share
- Define the go-to-market model, client segmentation strategy, and sales operating cadence
- Integrate sales teams, processes, and tools across brands to create a unified, scalable engine
- Identify and monetize cross-brand opportunities while improving efficiency and speed to revenue
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales leadership team with clear accountability
- Establish performance standards, KPIs, and compensation models that reward results and collaboration
- Personally engage with top enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Full ownership of revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance analytics
