• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in business product services or external customer/market experience
• Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent training/experience
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues and make informed decisions
• Experience in managing product strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Experience in a software development environment or professional services role
• Background in software or IT, including direct experience with software development or business analysis
• Familiarity with Agile software products and delivery methodology
