Position Overview

The Finance, Contracts and Analytics Manager will own the process improvement and standardization of FP&A team’s contracts review process and build analytics tools to help make data driven decisions. The ideal Finance, Contracts & Analytics Manager will bring advanced analytical and quantitative disciplines, process improvement and change management expertise, and mature judgement and proactive communication.

Essential Functions
  • Work with various cross-functional partners to standardize RFP and contract review, tracking, and benchmarking.
  • Develop tools and dashboards that help partners make data driven decisions and give clarity to the financial impact of the contracts and bids.
  • Identify business opportunities and drive improvement through rigorous analysis.
  • Responsible for disciplined budget and forecast, long range planning, evaluation of new and existing business, competitive benchmarking, recurring and ad‑hoc deliverables, process improvement and efficiency, and talent management and development.
