Senior Manager, Sales Operations (Denver)

Copado is the leading Dev Ops platform for Salesforce, accelerating the Salesforce development lifecycle and supporting digital transformation. As the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you will optimize sales productivity, ensure data integrity, and translate GTM strategy into efficient processes.

The role acts as the key operational partner to Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Finance. You will lead a team of 2‑3 Sales Operations Analysts, focusing on team leadership, data governance, process optimization, and analytical support for Sales Capacity Planning and Quota Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of 2‑3 Sales Operations Analysts, managing daily workflow, performance, and professional development.
  • Own the Sales Capacity Model: analyze sales velocity, productivity metrics, ramp rates, and attrition data to forecast headcount requirements.
  • Execute sensitivity and scenario analysis to provide data‑driven staffing recommendations.
  • Manage Quota Deployment: translate annual sales targets into equitable individual and regional quotas.
  • Support cross‑functional planning cycles, ensuring accurate territory carving and alignment within Salesforce.
  • Serve as the functional owner of sales data quality, enforcing integrity and accuracy of sales and marketing data within Salesforce.
  • Continuously refine, document, and enforce standardized sales processes to maximize efficiency at scale.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day administration of the GTM tech stack, including user provisioning, access management, and tool adoption.
  • Manage vendor relationships and renewals for sales tools, evaluating utilization and integrating new features.
  • Oversee creation, maintenance, and distribution of sales performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy in compensation plan administration.
  • Run an operational cadence that ensures alignment and transparency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams regarding GTM policies and processes.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years dedicated experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a high‑growth technology or SaaS company.
  • 2+ years managing Sales Operations analysts, including formal performance management and professional development.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience preferred) and advanced proficiency in data analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of complex modeling in capacity planning, forecasting, and compensation structures.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong technical acumen in SFDC configuration, workflow automation, and data governance.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and Dev Ops concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, translating complex data into executive‑ready presentations.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma methodologies).
