The Corporate Development Sr. Analyst will play an essential role in the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions. This individual will work across all aspects of the deal process including qualitative and quantitative analysis to support targeting, financial modeling, due diligence, transition and post‑merger integration, and investment performance tracking. This person should have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and often support multiple projects in parallel.

The Corporate Development Sr. Analyst will report to the Director of Corporate Development.

Senior Analyst, Corporate Development - Denver, Colorado (Hybrid)

Role Responsibilities
  • Support external research and analysis to identify potential targets.
  • Coordinate ongoing internal M&A strategy development efforts.
  • Manage large cross‑functional due diligence processes.
  • Oversee virtual data rooms and ensure timely information flow.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate corporate development opportunities.
  • Conduct valuation analyses to support decision‑making.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentation materials for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track the performance of previous corporate development investments.
  • Provide analytical support for senior management as needed.
Role Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, valuation, private equity, or corporate/business development.
  • Exposure to aspects of the deal transaction process (e.g., target identification, analysis, due diligence, integration/separation activities) preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Salary

The base salary range is $85,000–$95,000 USD per year; total on‑target compensation includes a base salary and short‑term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
