- Year 1: $200K-$250K (Strong Base + Uncapped Commission Structure, flexibility based on experience)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Sales Management experience
- Services or service-adjacent sales experience (not SaaS) within data analytics, data engineering, managed data services, or equivalent
- Experience building and leading a sales team
