About

The Role

As an Account Manager, you work directly with Fare Harbor clients to ensure they receive and maximize the full value of our platform. You will help customers achieve business goals while driving retention and revenue growth through targeted growth actions, expansion efforts, upselling, and cross‑selling. You own a portfolio of accounts in North America, delivering an optimal customer experience, fostering positive outcomes, and finding and closing additional opportunities.

What

You’ll Do Here
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure adoption and retention of the Fare Harbor platform.
  • Identify and implement strategic opportunities for client growth across the portfolio, prioritizing high‑value accounts.
  • Manage client inquiries, resolving issues to improve the online booking experience.
  • Oversee client and internal projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring timely execution.
  • Become an expert on Fare Harbor and industry trends, effectively communicating competitive advantages to clients.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Drive Client Growth – Implement suggestions to increase e‑commerce conversion rate and annual revenue. Track both the number of growth projects and the quality of execution.
  • Quality Client Communication – Maintain 90+ % SLA compliance, engaging clients regularly (average 30 calls and 3+ hours of talk time per week).
  • Retention & Risk Mitigation – Retain accounts and mitigate risk to meet high expectations.
Requirements
  • A strong collaborator and team player willing to go above and beyond for Fare Harbor and its clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills – Able to communicate complex concepts, strong listening, discovery and objection handling, and calm under pressure.
  • Proven ability to keep organized and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent time management and analytical problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information and provide clear direction or examples.
  • Comfortable suggesting changes and offering solutions to reach Fare Harbor and client goals.

Salary Range

$60,692–$91,039, plus 10 % bonus potential.
