• Drive strategic impact by leveraging data and analytics to answer complex business questions and develop actionable solutions.
• Use customer insights to craft strategic recommendations and support continuous improvement across diverse industry profiles.
• Serve as a high‑profile consultant, influencing organization‑wide decisions across product, network, and industry domains.
• Translate data trends into strategic roadmaps, applying client feedback to fine‑tune program development and execution.
• Prioritize and manage projects by negotiating and coordinating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and information flow.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and research to support business objectives, offering insights into disease management and site of care navigation.
• Evaluate and triage projects using cost‑benefit analysis and urgency assessments to maximize value and impact.
• Communicate strategic plans and action items drawn from data insights and business acumen.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering professional development through targeted education initiatives.
• Collaborate with the data warehouse analysts to establish business rules and monitor adherence.
• Travel to client sites (day trips mainly during Q1 and Q2) as needed.

• BS/BA degree; at least five years related experience in analysis and reporting, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to leverage data‑driven expertise and curiosity to drive evidence‑based strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of standard business information tools and programming/query languages.
• Experience in managed care and data analysis preferred.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
