This is an onsite position at our Denver Tech Center–Denver CO office.

Summary

The Manager of E‑Notary Closing Agents is responsible for monitoring daily production output, staffing, scheduling, hiring, coaching, and all other responsibilities related to the E‑Notary Closing Agent Team. The position ensures the E‑Notary Operation follows compliance and company standards, provides ongoing training to new and existing employees, and handles escalated internal and customer issues. This role oversees the daily operation and flow of completed notarized documents, collects missing items from customers, and works with sales and fulfillment management to provide feedback and coaching opportunities.

The Manager also acts as a coach and completes E‑Notary sessions when needed.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Understand and demonstrate the principles of The Savings Group’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Provide direction, leadership, and development to the E‑Notary department, focusing on scheduling and appointment completion.
  • Coach the E‑Notary Team on errors, assign and discuss Performance Improvement Plans as necessary.
  • Ensure agents identify missing items to complete the loan process and request them from customers.
  • Work with sales to collect missing items and help complete the loan process.
  • Build relationships with internal teams.
  • Assist in implementing new procedures to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Provide functional guidance to the E‑Notary team.
  • Collaborate with sales coaches on continuous training for team improvements.
  • Execute project management tasks as assigned by company management.
  • Participate in the interview and hiring process for E‑Notary staff.
  • Conduct weekly department meetings to update members on best practices and expectations.
  • Establish and maintain a schedule for agents to reach out to customers for missing items.
  • Serve as the final point of contact to ensure consistent communication related to the E‑Notary Team from internal/external sources.
  • Evaluate reporting metrics to drive team performance.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals and supporting materials.
  • Assist with setting up daily appointment distribution, monitoring availability, document set‑ups, cancellations, and escalated requests.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date and accurate filing system.
  • Operate the Long Pen machine and all associated programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in a consumer loan environment is preferred. Knowledge of auto loan concepts, practices, and procedures is a plus. The candidate must be able to perform a variety of time‑sensitive tasks requiring attention to detail.

  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or related field strongly preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of one (1) year of related experience, including previous management experience in the auto finance industry.
  • Language/Communication/Interpersonal:
    Ability to read, write and speak fluent English. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the company.

    Skills:

    Ability to calculate figures, proportions, and percentages.

    Detail‑oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Reasoning Ability:
