What You’ll DoAs a Platform Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in Product, contributing to the strategy, scalability and performance of our Thrive Pass platform. Your work will help shape internal and external customer experiences, drive innovation and build operational excellence.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (we love a good brainstorm).
- Own and evolve the platform product roadmap in alignment with the overall strategy of the department and company goals.
- Define and drive platform strategy, planning, delivery and optimization by setting and monitoring success metrics.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights, then articulate problems and business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Prioritize and manage the platform backlog focused on product adoption, performance, reliability and scalability.
- Closely collaborate with engineering, architecture and act as a liaison between product teams to ensure seamless and continuous delivery of platform capabilities.
- Lead UAT and documentation, including release notes and enablement materials.
- A drive to innovate employee benefits and make complex processes feel effortless.

- Customer‑centric mindset – you advocate for usability and accessibility in every decision.
- 4‑6 years of experience managing and building software products from conception to launch. Preferred experience in the benefits industry.
- A data‑driven decision maker using customer insights with a passion for building scalable, high‑impact solutions.
- Passionate about product management and fast‑paced Agile environments where you’ve driven cross‑functional initiatives.
- An ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical feasibility.
- A strong writer and communicator who can distill complex, often conflicting or incomplete information into clear action plans.
- $120,000–$130,000 annual salary.
