Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Office Manager to support the daily operations of our office. This role is essential in keeping the workplace running smoothly and ensuring employees and visitors have what they need to be productive. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping teams stay organized. This role is onsite, Monday-Friday, 9-5.

Key Responsibilities Office Operations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors to the office
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
  • Order and manage office supplies, kitchen supplies, and general inventory for our two office locations
  • Coordinate mail, packages, and shipping logistics
Facilities Coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for building management and vendors
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service appointments
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the office environment
Employee Experience
  • Help coordinate team lunches, celebrations, and office events
  • Support onboarding logistics for new employees (workspace setup, supplies, etc.)
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and positive office culture
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of office, administrative, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Prior IT troubleshooting skills a strong plus
  • Start-up experience highly desirable
