Job Title: Program Coordinator

Job Type: Contract (April 2026 — December 2026, potential extension)

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid — 3 days in office)

Compensation: $27 — $30/hour

We are hiring for our client, a well-established national professional association.

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support a large-scale program initiative. In this role, you will work closely with the program manager and coordinate the activities of volunteer committees, ensuring projects stay organized, meetings run smoothly, and program documentation is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule volunteer and staff meetings, including managing logistics and communications
  • Attend meetings, document key discussions, and distribute meeting notes and action items
  • Track project milestones and maintain program documentation
  • Develop and maintain project tracking reports and timelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries from volunteers and stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain committee documents, records, and shared resources
  • Support website updates and ensure program information remains current
  • Collaborate with internal staff and volunteer teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience supporting administrative coordination, project logistics, or volunteer groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Familiarity with project planning and tracking tools such as spreadsheets or Gantt charts
