The Opportunity:

This is a hybrid role and requires presence in our Denver Office twice a week (Local Candidates Only)

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional to serve as a critical partner to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

In this role, you will report to the People Operations Manager and be an integral member of the People Operations team, while also providing high-level executive support across the organization. This is more than a traditional administrative role — you will act as an operational backbone for leadership, helping drive focus, organization, and execution in a fast-moving environment.

What you will do:

Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support client communications and outreach on behalf of leadership, when applicable.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Assist with board materials, facilitate the gathering and preparation of All Hands meeting decks, and support executive reporting.
  • Anticipate executive and team needs before they arise and take initiative to solve problems with minimal direction.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner — prioritizing requests, protecting executive focus time, and ensuring leaders are working on what matters most.
