We are seeking a Part-Time Intern (20-30 hours) who can assist our Paralegals. Responsibilities- Personal property management.
- Process, record, and maintain financial data.
- Organize, scan, and file documents.
- Prepare mailings and postage.
- Manage office correspondence and respond to emails.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and team orientation.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain schedules with an eye for detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Level-headed, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
- Ask appropriate questions and use common sense.
Compensation: $19.29 per hour
