Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part-Time Office Coordinator for a dynamic and collaborative organization. This is an onsite role based in Denver, CO.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Part-Time Office Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and fully stocked office environment for a busy team of professionals. This individual will support daily office operations, coordinate with vendors and building management, and provide light administrative assistance as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys creating a positive workplace experience and thrives in a hands‑on, team‑oriented setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Order and manage office supplies, snacks, and beverages to ensure the office remains fully stocked
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Coordinate with building management and external vendors as needed
  • Provide light administrative support to team members
  • Support day‑to‑day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Help foster a positive and service‑oriented workplace experience
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting office or workplace environments
  • Friendly, professional, and service‑oriented demeanor
  • Highly organized and dependable, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling operational tasks independently
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Slack, and basic Excel functions
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a competitive pay range of $28–$34 per hour
