Motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to spend 8-weeks (June 8 - July 31) supporting the Capital Development Team contributing to day to day needs as well as key projects during a fast-paced summer program to include campaign execution and stakeholder engagement while gaining direct interaction with regional and senior leadership.
Essential Functions Day-to-Day ActivitiesIntern responsibilities will include:
Campaign Support- Assisting with campaign activities and related administrative tasks
- Supporting outreach and tracking efforts
- Helping prepare campaign materials as needed
- Making outbound calls to solicit interest in scheduling meetings with a Forum Capital Team Member
- Tracking call outcomes and follow-up requirements
- Providing staff assistance for in-office events
- Assisting with event preparation, setup, guest coordination, and post-event wrap-up
- Preparing clear and concise meeting summaries
- Distributing summaries as directed and maintaining organized records
- Assist with CRM data management related to prospecting new leads
Throughout the summer session, the Capital Development Intern will participate in structured engagement opportunities designed to provide mentorship and exposure to leadership.
Regional Manager Engagement- Meet with all Regional Managers/Leaders twice during the summer
- Introductory meeting with Forum's President at the beginning of the program
- Closing meeting with the President at the conclusion of the program
- End-of-program summary review conducted by the intern Manager
- Prior internship or summer work experience required.
- Demonstrated effective communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and adapting quickly to new challenges.
- Working towards a bachelor's degree as a rising junior or senior.
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation InformationThe hourly pay rate is $20.00 per hour. This range is estimated for this role; actual pay may be different.
