Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational tasks, maintaining office supplies, and supporting day-to-day activities. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and security-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.

- Place and track orders for necessary supplies and equipment to meet business needs.

- Organize and update office records and documentation for easy access and accuracy.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.

- Implement procedures to improve office efficiency and streamline workflow.

- Ensure the office environment remains detail oriented, organized, and well-equipped.

- Collaborate with team members to address administrative challenges and provide solutions.

- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for leadership and team members.

- Support additional administrative duties as needed, contributing to overall team success. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management roles.

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Familiarity with ordering and maintaining office supplies.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and leadership.

- Proficiency in using office software and tools to manage tasks and documentation.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

- Problem-solving skills to address administrative challenges effectively.
