Position

HR Administrative Assistant
Simpson Housing Corporate Office located in the Denver Tech Center – Denver, CO

Schedule

Monday - Thursday (32 hours). Position required to be in office.

Responsibilities
  • Enroll new employees in orientation as they begin employment and host biweekly new hire orientation sessions
  • Manage 90‑day check‑in and off‑boarding surveys
  • Administer wellness program onboarding and off‑boarding process, including monthly employee communications
  • Maintain and update labor law posters
  • Administer anniversary award program, including tracking milestones and coordinating recognition
  • Process separation notices and distribute required state documentation
  • Create company newsletter by partnering with communities and corporate teams
  • Provide ADP login support and assist with password reset
  • Maintain and update job descriptions
  • Process department invoices
  • Support general office duties including mail distribution, deliveries, and ordering supplies
  • Act as a back‑up to Office Manager
Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $22.73 – $26.00 per hour. This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
