Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Office Coordinator located on-site in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Office Coordinator will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, maintain office equipment, and handle inquiries via phone or email. The role includes scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization and with external parties.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in administrative assistance, including organizing and managing files and schedules, as well as general office management duties.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience handling inbound and outbound calls with clarity and professionalism.
  • Experience with operating and maintaining office equipment such as printers, copiers, and communication systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to support client needs and ensure a positive experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant experience is a plus.
