Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist guests and clients
Support with closing documents and administrative paperwork
Create escrow receipts and prepare Fed Ex labels
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role
Familiarity with office management procedures
Basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills
