President, Administrative​/Clerical

The client, a leading luxury real estate office, is in search of a dedicated Executive/Personal Assistant to support their team of co-owners.

The position involves working closely with another experienced assistant, with responsibilities split between personal (80%) and business tasks (20%).

The assistant will provide support to all four executives, coordinating complex schedules, appointments, and handling communication.
