Location: N/E Denver, onsite 4 days a week
Type: Contract
Duration: 9 months (possibility of going perm in 2027)
Pay Rate: Up to 40/hr
Job Description: The Contracts Administrator administers systems to (i) track the flow of contracts for the Company, including ensuring compliance with the contract review, approval, execution and delivery process, (ii) ensuring compliance with all contractually required notice and reporting requirements, (iii) updating indexed storage system contracts. Additionally, this position will support the Company’s legal staff with basic research, drafting and preliminary contract review on a time available and as needed basis.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 2+ years of contracts administration experience
- Experience using electronic CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems, such as Icertis, Arriba, Docu Sign, Workday, etc.
