, is hiring an Admin to support our Buyers in the Purchasing Department. This position requires excellent computer skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced working environment.
Job type: 100% on‑site.
Compensation: $22.00 USD per hour.

Job Responsibilities
  • Inventory: Counts and reporting, requiring evening and weekend work up to 6 times per year.
  • Daily Production Orders: Issuing materials and closing out.
  • Data Entry: Tracking and updating sheets, maintaining a shared email, amongst other tasks.
  • Shipping: Package, label, and ship to various recipients across the organization.
  • Purchase Orders: Print and receive PO's, acknowledge, verify and process.
  • Administrative office support: Answering telephone calls, utilizing various company software systems, filing on a daily basis, scanning, emails, and supporting the Buyers with various tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail‑oriented team player with great interpersonal skills, self‑starter.
  • Unflappable demeanor with ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and work with team to make decisions.
  • Ability to see work that is needed and jump in to complete tasks that may not be their own and operate as a team to complete tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and move within various enterprise resource planning systems (ERP's).
