Job Description:

• We have an immediate opening for a Tax Analyst I, responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including handling mail, processing tax bill payments, and maintaining organizational systems. In addition, this position may be assigned to various projects associated with property tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Manage outgoing mail, including automated mail processes.
• Process and pay bills in a timely manner.
• Maintain and organize office files and records.
• Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience with automated mail processes.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
