Job Description
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open‑air Amphitheatre. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a naturally formed, one of the world’s most iconic music venues. The Human Resources Assistant is a full‑time position and is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Management team with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, recruiting, staffing, onboarding, employee/NPO Check‑in, etc. The HR Assistant will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

The schedule is event based – meaning applicants will need to be available to work all events including those that land on weekends, evenings and holidays. The HR Assistant will also have to assist at other Aramark operated venues when requested to do so in the Denver Metro Area.
CompensationThe hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $24.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.

Job Responsibilities- Facilitates all aspects of hourly recruitment including posting job requisitions, scheduling interviews and hiring fairs, sending paperwork, and onboarding.
- Sources new non‑profit groups and submits vetting requests.
- Assists the staffing team with event preparations, on‑site event day check‑in support, and the reconciliation of event day operations.
- Communicates event details to employees and non‑profit volunteers.
- Completes event day preparations including creating staffing assignments, scheduling employees in the payroll system, preparing non‑profit event day packets, and delivering paperwork to assigned locations.
- Performs event day operations including set up, employee check‑in, roster reconciliation, and closing duties.
- Finalizes event day reconciliation 24 hours post event.
- Responsible for performing administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
- Assists management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc.
- Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary.
- Maintains office memos and informative postings.
- Operates technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
- Help assist at the Denver Coliseum in the winter;
Denver Coliseum is a union venue. - Assist Staffing Manager with keeping up on union job duties such as seniority lists, union dues and other union tasks.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail. Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
- Ability to work late evening and close events for HR.
