Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to the Leadership Team. Duties include but are not limited to providing overall administrative support using the Microsoft Office suite of products, managing meeting calendars, scheduling travel, processing expense reports and running reports. The Assistant represents the company in a positive manner to both internal and external customers, maintains and handles confidential information, and coordinates and implements special projects as assigned.

- Maintain and coordinate schedules and calendars including scheduling of meetings and arranging business travel / accommodations.
- Manage Outlook including business meetings, personal time off, contacts and folders.
- Prepare, review, distribute and catalog correspondence and other written work product.
- Maintain files, documents, and safeguard confidential information.
- Process expense reports and invoices.
- Provide account lists, specialty information, research and other information for meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials.
- Prepare presentations as needed.
- Provide administrative support to CEO/Chairman in a back-up capacity.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 5-7 years of administrative experience at the executive level.
- Excellent computer skills including high degree of proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong phone skills and excellent people skills.
- Written and oral communication skills including good grammar.
- Ability to produce high quality work without supervision.
- Ability to appropriately safeguard confidential information.
- Assertive but diplomatic in dealing with staff.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly.
- Ability to perform calmly under time-deadlines and pressure.
- Organized, flexible, and detail oriented.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Typical Office Environment
- Hybrid Schedule. Office located in Denver, Colorado
- Schedule:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, long or unusual hours as needed, sometimes on short notice
