Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Billing Coordinator with strong billing experience. This position reports to the Billing Manager and will have on-going interaction and communication with our timekeepers, business services professionals, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Generates and distributes pro formas.
  • Creates and formats client invoices.
  • Edits cost, time and narratives.
  • Identifies and resolves billing issues, both in paper format and e-billing format.
  • Resolves billing inquiries.
  • Works with billing attorneys and their assigned secretaries.
  • These duties may be ongoing or adhoc in nature.
  • Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.

Experience & Qualifications

  • High School graduate
  • 2+ years’ legal billing experience
  • Computer expertise with 3E, Elite Enterprise, MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in e-billing is desired (e.g. Serengeti, Collaborati, Legal Precision, eBilling

    Hub)
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to self-motivate
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pursuant with states' laws, the salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, based on experience and local market.
