Overview
Billing Coordinator -- A hybrid work schedule is available! Denver, CO - $70-80k
Our growing law firm client in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Legal Billing professional to handle the entire legal billing process for multiple attorneys across several offices.
Responsibilities- Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generating invoices and sending them to clients
- Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Inputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting system
- Managing and maintaining billing records and files
- Assisting with the collection and follow-up on unpaid or overdue invoices
- Collaborating with other departments such as finance and administrative staff to ensure smooth billing processes
- Current / prior legal environment billing experience is required.
- Elite or 3E software experience is required.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred, But Not Required.
