The Executive Assistant at Kind bridge will play a key role in keeping our CEO focused, organized, and operating at the highest level. You’ll be a trusted right hand—managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and helping ensure priorities stay on track. This role requires sharp judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to bring order to a fast-moving schedule.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating meetings across internal and external stakeholders
- Review and prioritize incoming requests, serving as a professional gatekeeper for external contacts while ensuring appropriate internal team access
- Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, hotels, rental cars, itineraries, and related documentation
- Manage conference/event registrations and other engagement logistics as needed
- Provide daily schedules, reminders, and real-time updates to help the CEO stay aligned with priorities
- Make calls and schedule appointments on the CEO’s behalf, including limited personal appointments
- Draft, format, and quality-check PowerPoint presentations and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure priorities are completed on time
- Support implementation of a management operations system, including meeting logistics, timekeeping, note-taking, and maintaining action logs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners while handling confidential information with discretion
- Provide general administrative and executive support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a highly organized, detail-oriented role supporting executive-level functions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Familiarity with Tableau and Hub Spot (or similar CRM) is a plus
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD, determined by applicant’s experience and qualifications.
