About the roleCLA is looking to hire a District Administrator for our Public Administration practice who can sit in our Denver, CO office. Our Public Administration group provides client support in the areas of Special Districts, Business Improvement Districts, Authorities, and other governmental entities.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the creation and filing of annual reports in coordination with accounting and management teams
- Develops letters to oversight agencies
- Responsible for board packets which includes the preparation, compiling of need information and distribution of materials
- Performs meeting minutes for board meetings and other special board meetings in both written and audio format
- Schedules meetings with the board, coordinating with multiple parties, and in a timely manner
- Maintaining client websites as needed
- Maintains records and board meeting follow up actions
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required
- Experience in public administration or law firm representing public entities or special districts is preferred
- Paralegal certification a plus

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The compensation range for this position in Colorado is: $26.00 - $38.00
