About the Role

As a CBRE Lease Administration Associate, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining leases. This includes resolving client operational and payment related issues.

This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.

What You’ll Do
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure the payments of rent and property taxes are paid in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the transition of new and existing accounts. Solve critical client issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports.
  • Help perform quality control review of administered leases. Correct any verifications and updates to meet required lease related compliance and reporting.
  • Gather and review data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
  • Assess and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
  • Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Complex math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Associate position is $25.00 per hour and the maximum for the position is 28.84 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
