Overview

This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Latin America. You will work directly with a US‑based construction company and must be available during US Mountain Time (8am–5pm). This is not a project manager role — it is a coordination and operations role focused on execution, follow‑through, and keeping systems running smoothly.

Core Venture Exteriors is a Denver‑based roofing and exterior construction company focused on high‑end new construction projects.

This role is a back‑office operations position
, not a customer‑facing or project‑management role.

Your job is to keep the administrative engine of the company running cleanly and reliably — permits, inspections, invoices, secondary trades, and internal records — so real‑time coordination and communication can stay fast and responsive.

This role is ideal for someone who loves checklists, queues, follow‑through, and closing tasks
, and who takes pride in keeping systems organized and current.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for administrative throughput
    , including:
    • Creating and sending invoices
    • Tracking payments and billing status
    • Pulling permits and managing permit workflows
    • Scheduling inspections with municipalities
    • Following up with secondary trades and vendors
    • Auditing project files for completeness and accuracy
    • Maintaining pipeline hygiene and internal records
    • Keeping administrative tasks visible, tracked, and closed
  • You will not be responsible for:
    • Live customer communication
    • Day‑of crew coordination
    • Field scheduling
    • Quality‑control decisions
  • Those responsibilities are owned by a separate coordinator.
Qualifications
  • Extreme organization and meticulous task tracking
  • Experience handling high volumes of email and requests
  • Proficiency with CRMs and project management systems
  • Ability to follow checklists and processes precisely
  • Strong written communication; calm under pressure
  • Experience in construction, home services, logistics, or operations
  • Spanish fluency (spoken and written) and strong English reading/writing
  • Comfortable working across multiple software systems
