About Our ClientAddison Group is hiring an Executive Assistant on behalf of one of our Denver-based clients. This organization offers a professional, fast-paced environment and is seeking a highly capable administrative professional to support executive leadership during a transition period.
Job DescriptionThis is a contract opportunity supporting the President’s office. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for maintaining daily administrative operations, managing priorities, and ensuring the President is supported with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism. There is potential for the role to convert to a permanent position for a strong performer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct administrative support to the President
- Manage calendars, meetings, and daily scheduling needs
- Assist with coordination of communications and correspondence
- Support the organization and flow of the President’s office
- Act as a liaison with internal teams and external contacts
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- 2+ years previous experience supporting executive or senior leadership
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work onsite during standard business hours
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Hourly contract position with potential for hire
- Standard business hours (8-hour workday)
- Expected contract duration: 6+ weeks
