Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant role will have strong administrative skills with a strong work ethic, superior multi-tasking abilities, a 'can-do' attitude, and great organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist and cover for all administrative staff, as needed
- Work with Marketing Department, as needed
- Arrange all travel, as needed
- Input and update contact information in Salesforce
- Input and update opportunity and project information in Microsoft Dynamics
- Scheduling, calendar management
- Assist Office Manager and Leadership, as needed
- Provide documentation support for project managers
- Special projects, as needed
- 2 years of previous administrative experience in an office environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
The rate for this position generally is $27 - $32 hourly. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado.
Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
