Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our internal operations and administrative functions. This is a part‑time position of 5–10 hours per week Turmay grow over time. The role involves assisting the founder and CFO partner, coordinating invoicing and payroll cycles, system administration, and marketing/recruiting assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Support invoicing and payroll processes twice a month
  • Follow up on accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely collections
  • Maintain and update key financial and operational spreadsheets
  • Serve as system administrator for client and team setup across key platforms
  • Assist with marketing and business development – scheduling, coordination and follow‑up
  • Assist with recruiting – screen resumes, schedule interviews and maintain candidate tracking
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the Founder and CFO Partner
  • Coordinate team meetings, events and occasional travel
  • Follow up with team members on outstanding action items to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations or financeెంబర్ support role

  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, Quick Books Online and common business software (e.g., Slack, Zoom, project management tools)
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional discretion with confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and data‑related work
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, resourceful, and collaborative attitude
  • Position is remote and may require event coordination on occasion – must be based in the Denver Metro area
Compensation
  • $30‑$35 per hour based on experience
  • 100% remote (Denver area required)
  • Part‑time (5‑10 hours per week) with flexible hours that may grow
