Overview
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Housing Support Services:
On‑Site Program.
- Provide general clerical and complex administrative support onsite during business hours.
- Maintain client databases (HMIS, EHR, Excel) and track program expenses, bus passes, motel vouchers, and office supplies.
- Assist with federal grant reports, CCH management, and program vehicle registration.
- Perform receptionist duties, schedule meetings, create correspondence, and take minutes.
- Deliver mail and program information to other Coalition sites daily.
- Provide orientation to new staff and volunteers; create new‑hire binders.
- Ensure accuracy of all data entry, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of prior administrative experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with HMIS, EHR, and CCH databases.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

$20.64 – $24.28 an hour, adjusted for total relevant years of experience.
