LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Denver, CO. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $60,000 and $75,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).
To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will also ideally have experience with MS Dynamics 365 or other similar ERP software.
Responsibilities:- Collecting and posting payments
- Monitoring a portfolio of accounts
- Running aging reports
- Researching and resolving payment/billing discrepancies
- Initiating and tracking the lien filing process
- Assisting with month-end close processes
- Documenting all collection efforts and resolutions
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- All other related tasks as required
- At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Previous experience with MS Dynamics 365 or other similar ERP software
- Previous experience in the construction, manufacturing, and/or HVAC industries preferred
- Annual salary between $60,000 and $75,000
- Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus
