We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with hospitality operations experience who is highly proficient in Quick Books and ready to contribute to a growing organization. This role works closely with leadership and restaurant management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

The Accountant will support the accounting and financial operations of multiple restaurant properties within the Lotus Concepts portfolio. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This position is fully on-site in Denver, Colorado and is not a remote position.

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions for multiple hospitality properties
• Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and vendor statements
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor and reconcile POS reporting and daily sales reports from restaurant operations
• Coordinate with restaurant managers and corporate leadership on financial documentation
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
• Assist with financial reporting and operational analysis as requested by leadership
• Support internal accounting procedures and ensure compliance with company policies

• Prior accounting experience required (hospitality or restaurant industry strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with Quick Books required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Excel and general accounting software
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required with relevant experience
