You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting across multiple entities while supporting critical close processes and improving accounting workflows. This role is ideal for a detail‑driven professional who enjoys problem‑solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do- Manage full‑cycle accounting for multiple entities with timely, accurate reporting
- Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries, account analyses, and month‑end close schedules
- Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Assist with consolidated financial statement preparation
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Support internal and external audits and respond to stakeholder inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi‑entity environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and full‑cycle accounting
- Advanced balance sheet reconciliation and month‑end close experience
- Proficiency with accounting platforms such as Net Suite, Quick Books, or similar systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Consolidated financial reporting
- Public accounting or complex multi‑entity environments
- Process improvement or workflow automation initiatives
